The advantage of an integrated supply
In EPC projects for the petroleum industry, managing dozens of suppliers generates delays, dimensional incompatibilities and non-conformity risks. A complete package of pipes, flanges, valves and pumps supplied by a single point of contact ensures consistency between materials, pressure ratings and project specifications, reducing procurement times and coordination activities (expediting).
Piping and fittings
- Seamless and ERW pipes in API 5L, ASTM A106 Gr.B, A333 Gr.6, A335 P11/P22 and A312 TP304L/316L stainless steels, duplex UNS S31803 / S32205 and super duplex S32750.
- Butt-weld fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, caps) according to ASME B16.9, in ASTM A234 WPB / WPC and A420 WPL6.
- Sizing and design according to ASME B31.3 (process piping), B31.4 (liquid pipeline) and B31.8 (gas).
Flanges and gaskets
Flanges follow ASME B16.5 (up to NPS 24) and B16.47 Series A/B (large diameters) in pressure classes 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500, in ASTM A105, A350 LF2 for low temperatures and A182 F316L / F51 for corrosive environments. Types: weld neck (WN), slip-on (SO), blind, socket weld, threaded and lap joint, with RF, RTJ and FF faces. The supply is completed by spiral-wound gaskets (ASME B16.20), ring joints, ASTM A193 B7 / A194 2H stud bolts and anti-friction coatings.
Valves
Valves are selected according to function and service environment:
- Ball valves (API 6D, API 608, ISO 17292): full-bore shut-off for pipelines and process plants.
- Gate valves (API 600 / API 602) and globe valves (BS 1873 / API 623).
- Check valves (API 594).
- PSV safety valves (API 526 / API 520) and butterfly valves (API 609).
Bodies are in ASTM A216 WCB, A352 LCC, A351 CF8M or duplex, with API 598 / API 6D leak testing, API 607 fire-safe testing and ISO 15848 fugitive emissions requirements, in addition to NACE MR0175 requirements for sour service.
Pumps
Centrifugal pumps for refineries and platforms comply with API 610 (OH, BB, VS types), with API 682 mechanical seals. Positive-displacement and metering pumps follow API 674 and API 675, while process pumps may include drives with ATEX motors for classified Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas (Directive 2014/34/UE).
Quality, inspection and certifications
Each component is accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate, PMI, hydrostatic test report, MTC and, if required, third-party inspection (Bureau Veritas, TÜV, SGS, Lloyd’s Register) with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and a complete manufacturing dossier. Documentation complies with PED 2014/68/UE and the project standards of the main operators (Eni, Saudi Aramco, Shell, TotalEnergies).
Logistics and deliveries
A complete package includes export packaging, a packing list, traceability by heat number and delivery according to Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP). Send your MTO (Material Take-Off) or project specification to receive a tailored quotation.
